Before committing
Get written confirmation of the offered model, dates and times, collection and return locations and total price. This website prepares a request; it provides neither live availability nor a rental contract.
Drivers and documents
Published conditions state a minimum age of 21, a valid licence held for at least one year and ID or passport. Each driver must confirm eligibility. Present documents through the channel agreed with the agency, never through the request form.
Price, deposit and insurance
Distinguish the rental price, any booking payment, the security deposit and the insurance excess. Ask for amounts, payment methods, refund timing, cover and exclusions applicable to your rental. No payment or banking document is requested on this website.
Collection and return
Check the vehicle condition, fuel, contractual mileage and accessories together. Record observations before leaving. Confirm times, late-return or delivery charges and the return procedure. Published terms prohibit taking the car outside Morocco.
Changes and cancellation
Published information distinguishes cancellations more than 48 hours, between 24 and 48 hours and less than 24 hours before collection. Have the applicable deadlines, charges and refunds included in your proposal before confirming. If your flight changes, notify the agency.
